Synchromedics is a HIPAA-compliant platform that streamlines collaboration between international businesses and medical providers. It integrates data analytics, medical records, online scheduling, invoicing, secure chat, and AI-powered insights into one intuitive dashboard.

Objective: Create a secure, data-driven platform connecting clinics with businesses to simplify patient care, medical surveillance, and communication.
The Challenge
Clinics and employers needed a centralized, secure system to track workplace injuries, manage employee health records, and facilitate transparent communication—across multiple locations and permissions—without sacrificing data privacy or usability.
The Solution
I designed a modular dashboard system tailored to the needs of clinics, employers, and first responders:
Dashboard: Data-driven metrics for clinics and employers with multi-location support and role-based permissions.
First Aid: Quick entry for injury/illness evaluations with date/time stamps, nurse signatures, and follow-up tracking.
Surveillance: Ongoing medical monitoring for workplace incidents.
Employees Tab: Centralized employee injury/illness history with quick follow-up logging.
Work Comp: Dedicated section for managing and tracking work-related injury claims.
