The Challenge

Clinics and employers needed a centralized, secure system to track workplace injuries, manage employee health records, and facilitate transparent communication—across multiple locations and permissions—without sacrificing data privacy or usability.

The Solution

I designed a modular dashboard system tailored to the needs of clinics, employers, and first responders:

• Dashboard: Data-driven metrics for clinics and employers with multi-location support and role-based permissions.

• First Aid: Quick entry for injury/illness evaluations with date/time stamps, nurse signatures, and follow-up tracking.

• Surveillance: Ongoing medical monitoring for workplace incidents.

• Employees Tab: Centralized employee injury/illness history with quick follow-up logging.

• Work Comp: Dedicated section for managing and tracking work-related injury claims.

• References: Secure file & media sharing between businesses and clinics for better job-site and health context.
